Our work
We empower clients to leverage video for marketing, training, HR, events, and more! Explore our some of our recent video projects.
Gage Commercial Real Estate
Gage wanted a video that introduced their team, showcased their work, and built trust for their brand. To create this Brand Video, we interviewed key staff and former clients, and captured B-roll & drone footage at several of their properties.
Samson Rope “Principles of Functional Design”
Samson Rope was looking to educate their audiences on the holistic approach they take when designing rope and rope products for their customers. We helped them script a very technical topic, and distill it down for anyone to better understand. The on-camera talent was filmed in our studio, and the project included custom graphics and re-purposed B-roll from previous projects.
MBT “Heart of the City” Support Video
In the wake of the pandemic, the Mount Baker Theatre had to close for over a year. With no income from shows, and memberships dwindling, the theatre faced the threat of permanent shutdown. We interviewed key staff and supporters to create this emotional piece to discuss what went on behind-the-scenes, and rouse excitement for reopening.
Skookum Kids Foster Stories
Since 2017, we've worked with Skookum Kids on their ongoing series, Foster Stories. Typically shot in a half day, we tell the story of someone who's experienced foster care: a family, volunteers, even kids. These stories share the realities of foster care, and showcase Skookum Kids as the incredible resource it is in our community!
Northwest Youth Services “Dine In To Make a Difference”
Working with Northwest Youth Services in 2020, their team challenged us all to reimagine the "virtual event" and what that could look like. Together, we created three episodes, collaborating with three different local restaurants. For each episode, "VIP" donors were gifted a boxes of ingredients and could cook along with the event hosts. This model made their virtual event feel closer to a hybrid, virtual/in-person experience.
Skookum Kids Eat, Drink & Be Giving Virtual Event
For the second year in a row, the Veritas team helped Skookum Kids facilitate a virtual version of their Eat, Drink & Be Giving fundraising event.
The 2021 event included the use of two sets: our blue seamless set, as well as our larger corner set with furnishings provided by Greenhouse. The scope of this project also included production in Ellensburg, WA to record a new Foster Care Story for Skookum's ongoing series. That video, Cara's story, was shared as a pre-produced segment in this event.
Community Action Skagit | 2020 Spirit of Hope Virtual Event
In October 2020, our team helped Community Action Skagit bring their annual Spirit of Hope event to a virtual format.
This contract included a "social snack pack" where we delivered two event promotional videos, a post-event thank you video*, and certain program segments as separate files from the live stream, so the Community Action Skagit team could share and promote them after the event. These additional assets helped the team maximize the value of their project, recruit a larger audience, and re-engage their donors and supporters after the event.
*We recorded three versions of a post-event video for their team to have on hand. One if they matched their goal, another if they exceeded their goal, and a third as a general thank you.
Also of note: in order to ensure a higher quality virtual interview, we were able to send a small crew to the home of Howard Behar, former Starbucks president, for his portion of the event program.

TransOcean Recruitment Video
To get more qualified leads on their job openings, TransOcean asked us to create a video that would give applicants a clear idea of what their assembly line jobs entail—including details like hours and benefits, and the unique physical requirements of work in seafood processing and packaging.
Haskell Brand Video
Haskell Corporation requested a video that highlighted their professionalism and reliability, as well as showcased the breadth and depth of experience that they provide to every client and project. To capture their vision, the Veritas Media team went on location for a multi-camera shoot, and utilized a piloted drone to incorporate aerial shots of their location.
KINEKT Seatpost Product Demo
Cirrus Cycles, creators of the KINEKT Seatpost, had a problem: how to you showcase a fantastic, life-changing product that happens to: A) be technically complex, B) have many equally valuable benefits, and C) exist in a not-so-flattering environment (namely, under the seat of a bike rider)?
We teamed up to create this product demo video that showcases the benefits of the product, breaks down how it works, and makes riding over nasty, bumpy terrain look fun!
First Federal Community Features
First Fed (formerly First Federal) is a regional bank, with a focus on serving the people in its local communities. They approached our team to create a series of ads that featured their small business and organization partners. These ads then screened in local movie theaters throughout the region.
We did three sets of these ads, one for Bellingham and Whatcom County, another for Bainbridge Island, and a third for Silverdale/Kitsap County. Below are a few examples.
Still Life FAQs
The team at Still Life Massage and Float came to us looking for a quick and easy way to answer common questions they were getting from their first time customers. Our solution: FAQ videos. These videos are easy to digest, and easy to produce! In just a few hours in our studio, and a couple more hours on location to get some B-roll, the Still Life team had a library of videos they could share on their website, social media, YouTube, and through email blasts.
Here are a few examples:
R.E.A.L Series with Whatcom Family Farmers
Whatcom Family Farmers is a local nonprofit advocacy group, dedicated to supporting our community's small, family-owned farms and promoting sustainable agriculture practices. Their REAL Series tells the stories of farmers going above and beyond, taking big steps to enact environmentally friendly practices. Each of these videos were shot in a half day on location—proof that it doesn't take a ton of time to shoot incredible content!
Here are a few examples of our work for this ongoing series:
Barron Heating – Staycation Sweepstakes Campaign
During lockdowns towards the beginning of the pandemic, Barron Heating was getting creative with its marketing goals. They started a campaign to promote the "Staycation Sweepstakes" — a series of sales and discounts for folks to make home improvements while they were spending so much time at home.
Veritas used existing, static ads and footage to create video assets to elevate the digital and broadcast campaign. Below are a few examples.
Samson Rope – A History of Mooring Innovation
Samson Rope Technologies has a rich history in the manufacturing and maritime industries. This video explores that history, and further establishes Samson as the leader in their craft.
Port of Bellingham + Bellingham Tonight
A Partnership with Community in Mind
This unique partnership between Bellingham Tonight (a Veritas Media product) and the Port of Bellingham was formed with the goal of reaching more of the community and showcasing some of the more notable projects the Port is working on. This six part series was published in 2020 over the course of 5 months.
