A virtual event is an online event with no in-person audience—it could be as simple as a webinar, or as complex as a multi-day conference with a high level of interactivity. Virtual Events became an essential way to connect during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yes, complimentary wifi is available for all bookings.
Studio V doesn’t have a private dressing room, but does have a single occupancy restroom that has basic vanity lighting and mirrors. For sessions longer than half-a-day the storefront Lobby area may be added on to your order as a larger greenroom space that is great for a makeup artist to set up, or for staging and prepping talent.
In addition to the restrooms and the front lobby, there is a lot of working space available in the main studio area itself for both the “Blank Slate” and “Seamless Capture” options. There is space enough to stage products or set up a makeup artist.
Studio V is not completely soundproof, but it is sound-controlled to minimize noise that could affect audio capture. The interior studio space (where the “Seamless Capture” set and “Blank Slate” set are located) are isolated from most road noise and other exterior disruptions. Studio V does share a wall with neighbors that occasionally play music. Our staff maintains good relationships with our neighbors and they’re always very respectful. If noise pollution becomes an issue at any point during your session, please let a Studio V staff person know and they will do their best to mitigate the situation.
Studio V has alleyway access in the rear with a single parking space to temporarily load/unload equipment. Full-day alley parking can be purchased at check-out if desired.
Public metered parking is available on both sides of Cornwall Ave. If parking is unavailable directly in front of 1213 Cornwall, more parking can be found across Chestnut or in the Commercial Street parking garage. Parking is $1 per hour and charged between 10am and 6pm. Public meters accept coinage, card or phone payments.
Our “Seamless Production” package includes complimentary footage transfer to a hard drive that you own. You may also choose to bring in your own compatible SD cards or SSDs to streamline the footage handoff. Studio V will retain a copy of your footage for 7 days. After 7 days the footage will be permanently deleted. We encourage you to follow good data management principles and maintain your own backups of your footage.
Data transfer is not included in the ”Blank Slate” or “Lobby Production” bookings.
No pornographic photography or videography is allowed. No smoking is allowed inside the studio (on or off camera).
A crew member from Veritas Media will be on site for all studio bookings. They can answer any questions you have about the space and assist you with any of our amenities.
For the “Seamless Capture” package a Media Producer will be assigned to your booking to operate the camera, audio equipment, and to ensure you’re able to capture the content you want. They may provide suggestions and ideas to you, but they are not responsible for directing your talent, script supervision, or teleprompter operation. They can train you or your crew to operate the teleprompter.
For the “Blank Slate” and “Lobby” production no Media Producer is assigned—you have free reign over the space, but you’re responsible for crewing your production. Cancellations happen. If you need to move your session, you need to reschedule or cancel your Reservation using our online reservation system.
To receive a full refund of your Fees you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your Reservation. If you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your Reservation, then your Fees may be applied to the new Reservation.
If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your Reservation, Studio V will issue a 50% refund of your Fees. However, 100% of your Fees will be NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of any cancelation, no-show, or request to reschedule on the day of your Reservation.
If you reschedule less than 48 hours in advance of your Reservation, then a 20% rescheduling fee will be applied to the new Reservation.
If Studio V must cancel all or part of your Reservation for any reason, Studio V will notify you as soon as possible and refund any Fees Studio V has received.
Studio hours are typically Tuesday through Saturday 7 am to 7 pm. Exact hours and availability are subject to change and a current list of openings can be found using our online scheduler. Booking is scheduled per hour, half-day, or full-day. Discounts on the hourly rate are available when you book more than a half-day at a time. You can easily book a time that works for you using our automated scheduling system: Book your session today.
We have a range of Savage Seamless Paper colored backdrops. Choose from any of our colors (available at checkout). Each booking includes the use of one color. A color change out can be added for an additional fee if you require more than one color. You’re welcome to bring in your own props to use within the confines of the existing set. We’re not able to accommodate larger items (e.g., desks).
The “Seamless Capture” set includes professional lighting, boom mic, a 4K camera, and a teleprompter. The rental fee also includes an operator.
The “Blank Slate” doesn’t include any equipment, though we have lots of equipment available for rent if you’re in need of supplemental gear, grip equipment, etc.
The “Blank Slate” is approximately 20’ x 20’ and has plenty of room outside of the working area to stage items or talent. For bookings longer than 4 hours you can also add on the lobby, separated by a sound-controlled door. This area works well as a receiving area or green room while other team members or talent are prepping for their session. A live feed of the production area may be broadcast to the green room for an additional fee.

Studio V has three primary spaces available to rent:

- Seamless Capture: A fully turnkey set ready for your content. We handle all of the technical aspects of video production to ensure you get a professional product. You bring your script or idea and we’ll make sure it gets captured well.
- Blank Slate: This area is an open space in our studio perfect for custom productions, interviews, and photography. It’s a flexible, professional, and sound-controlled environment.
- Front Lobby (Production): Our front lobby or storefront is a good option if you’re looking for a more casual look that can quickly be staged as a living room environment. It features large windows with natural daylight, brick accents, and neutral grey walls.
Each project is different and the total crew size will change based on the complexity of the project and how much content is live vs. pre-produced. Typically, most productions have at least a 3-person crew, though for on-location live stream projects it’s more common to have a 4 to 5 person crew to ensure that every element of your production is covered and that all risks are mitigated.
A Run of Show is our minute-by-minute guide to the entire event. We like to avoid any surprises and confusion as your event comes together and this document is the authoritative outline and script for everyone to be on the same page. We can collaborate with you on this document and provide some templates, though it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure your program is lined out exactly the way you want it.
Videos of the live stream are available instantly after the event concludes and are automatically saved within the platform you are using (YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, etc.).
There are many strategies to optimizing viewership for your event. Our team will work with you to decide on your best options when choosing a platform or CDN (content delivery network) to use. We are able to simultaneously stream to multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, and Twitch.
We recommend a minimum of 15Mb/s upload speeds to host a successful stream. Consider how many other devices will be connected to the same network. If you require another 3-4 devices connected to manage your auction software, social media accounts, or other activities that may result in higher bandwidth usage, consider upgrading to a higher tier of internet speed. Studio Amenities include:

We are able to come to you and offer our full-scale production services. On-location production typically requires a larger crew and may be limited due to COVID-19 restrictions. All productions on-location include the use of professional lighting and audio equipment, and HD cameras. You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection is adequate to meet the needs of your live stream event.
We have the ability to seamlessly transition between live content (someone speaking to a live audience in real-time) to pre-produced content that either we produce or you provide to us. Utilizing pre-produced content in your program takes some of the pressure and stress of your live talent and lets everyone in the production take a deep breath before going live again!
